The Crawford Fund’s WA Committee and the Researchers in Agriculture for International Development (RAID Network), are finishing the year with a bang by hosting a networking event next Wednesday 06 December from 5-6pm followed by refreshments in the Bayliss Lecture Theatre at the University of Western Australia.
Join us as our speakers outline the opportunities available for the NextGen to advance their studies and career in international agriculture for development with support from the Crawford Fund and the RAID Network.
Hear about our conference scholarships in Canberra, our Student Awards which can place you overseas, and all the benefits of joining RAID and networking with other passionate and like-minded students, and early-to-mid career professionals.
The Crawford Fund will also be celebrating the achievements of Adjunct Professor John Hamblin from the University of Western Australia, who will be presented with the inaugural Crawford Fund Medal: WA in recognition of his research and leadership in Australia and internationally in improving the productivity and sustainability of dryland agricultural systems.
The event will be followed by a networking reception and refreshments.
