As part of our Doing Well by Doing Good Campaign, each of our State Committees is holding a related forum in the first half of 2023.
Our Victorian Committee is hosting their event on Tuesday 02 May 2023 from 6pm – 8pm followed by a networking reception, at the University of Melbourne, Trinity College, Craig Auditorium, Ground Floor, The Gateway, Tin Alley, Parkville.
Join us to celebrate the benefits to developing countries, Australia, Victoria and our researchers from international agricultural research for development and consider the impacts achieved to date and the challenges ahead.
The full program is here and please register to attend this free event (for catering purposes).
All are welcome for this in-person event which will include:
We will hear about food security: challenges, opportunities and achievements, including the impact of the Crawford Fund’s research, training and NextGen activities in-country and to Victoria, and on researchers personally and professionally.
We are particularly excited to include three young researchers – Mia Dunphy, Oscar Fung and Holly Hone, who will talk about why they got into Ag4Dev and the opportunities they are realising.
A Q&A session and networking reception will ensure lively interactions between speakers and the audience.
Please note that as the forum includes a catered networking reception, all guests are required to register.
