2018 Registration Fees

To register for our 2018 annual conference, please complete details and credit card payment on our registration site.

Full registration includes:

13 August – Conference Dinner and Sir John Crawford Memorial Address at the QT Canberra Hotel.

14 August – Full day Parliamentary Conference at the Theatrette and Mural Hall, Parliament House.

We are offering early bird registration fees for those who register prior to 30 June 2018.

Registration Fees (inclusive of GST):

  • Early Bird: Full Registration: Monday night Networking Dinner & Tuesday Parliamentary Conference – $560 (until 30 June, 2018)
  • Early Bird: Tuesday Parliamentary Conference Registration: $425 (until 30 June, 2018)
  • Standard Full Registration: Monday night Networking Dinner & Tuesday Parliamentary Conference – $585 (from 01 July, 2018)
  • Standard Tuesday Parliamentary Conference Registration: $460 (from 01 July, 2018)
  • Monday night Networking Dinner – $165
  • Tuesday Parliamentary Conference discount rate for pensioners – $245
  • Tuesday Parliamentary Conference discount rate for students / RAID members/ former scholars: $245

Student, Former Scholars, RAID members and Concession Card Holders 
A special rate of $245 will be offered to students, concession card holders, past scholars and RAID members to attend the one day Parliamentary Conference. Discounts are not available for the dinner.

If you would like to apply for the discount please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will request proof of eligibility. Please apply BEFORE registering. If your application for discount registration is accepted, a special registration link will be sent out to you.

Group Registration Discounts
We also offer discounts on the standard rate for group registrations.

To access group discounts, you need to contact Conference Solutions at [email protected]. You are not able to register for the group discount without completing the group registration via a link that will be provided. As part of the group registration process you are able to register and pay for the dinner at the discounted rate of $150.00.

The group discounts for the Parliamentary Conference are (inclusive of GST):

  • 5 – 9 bookings $375 per person
  • 10 – 19 bookings $330 per person
  • 20+ bookings $210 per person
